Robert Smith is a third generation pastor. His father and mother, Rev. C.B. Smith and Rev. Beulah Smith, and his grandfather Rev. A.H. Argue, were all leaders in the Pentecostal outpouring in the early 1900’s. While growing up Robert witnessed in his home, in churches, and at camp meetings, the ongoing supernatural work of God. People meeting God at an alter was a normal spiritual experience.

A stirring in Robert’s heart over ten years ago ignited a new fire in his life and transformed his ministry. Two questions came into Robert’s heart; Are you willing to lose control? Are you willing to lose your reputation? When God moves in mysterious ways you will often be surprised by what He is doing. As the years unfolded, an active Holy Spirit ministry changed the church where Robert and Brenda have pastored for over 25 years. There the Smiths have witnessed firsthand the ebb and flow of the Holy Spirit’s work.
